Item 3: Legislative Subcommittee Regular Meeting Schedule
Recommendation:
Discuss and approve the Legislative Subcommittee regular meeting schedule.
Discussion:
The subcommittee shall meet monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m.,
beginning April 2022 and extending in perpetuity unless changed by further action of the
subcommittee.
The proposed dates for the committee for the remainder of 2022 are as follows:
April 12
May 10
June 14
July 12
Aug. 9
Sept. 13
Oct. 11
Nov. 8
Dec. 13
Next Steps:
If approved, staff would work with the City Clerk's Office to calendar all meetings for the year
and ensure proper noticing.
