time and talent to support older adults who have questions and concerns about their health.
Carlsbad Cruisers
The cruisers are adding a second day to the walk week and expanding to Calavera Community Center
as the Calavera Cruisers.
Restorative, Chair, Gentle and Yin Yoga
Chair and gentle yoga were added to the yoga menu which add to the healthy yoga options for adults
with different needs and preferences. Yoga targets and stimulates the dense connective tissue,
promotes tissue strength, vitality, hydration, and resilience.
