Re: Extension of Time on Resolution 7292 for CT2017-0005/PUD 2017-0005
Dear Planning Department,
We are requesting an extension of time on the above referenced project to complete the
submittal of all requirements for the grading and building permits. The following will detail the
status fore
ach permit:
Landscape Permit: Final Plans were signed and submitted on September 2019
Building Permit: Building Plans were submitted in December 2019 and assigned permit
PC2019-0099. The plans have been thru several plan checks with the 3rd
submittal anticipated during the week of May 11, 2020. We anticipate
that a building permit would be ready to be Issued in June 2020.
Grading Permit: Grading Plans were submitted In November 2018 and assigned permit
GR2018-0036. The plans have been thru plan checks with the 4th and
final submittal delayed in order to secure documentation Including
bonds, letter of permission and draft CC&Rs.
As indicated above, the project has grading and building plans under review, but permits have
not been issued. We anticipated permits will be issued within the year, however, applicant is
requesting a two-year extension to cover any unforeseen delays.
