A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE HOUSING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Joy Evans was appointed to the Housing Commission in May 2016 to
fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Mona O'Neill; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Evans was reappointed in August 2019; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Evans resigned in December 2021; and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Housing Commission exists with a term ending in
July 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Housing Commission, for a
term ending in July 2023, or until a replacement is appointed.
