Legislative Subcommittee Meeting -August 2022
Discuss and provide direction regarding the potential cancellation or rescheduling of the
Legislative Subcommittee's August 2022 meeting.
Discussion:
On March 15, 2022, the subcommittee approved its regular meeting schedule with meetings to
occur monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m. The schedule extends throughout
2022 and in perpetuity unless changed by further action of the subcommittee.
The approved meeting schedule for 2022 includes a meeting to occur on August 9. However,
this date falls during the City Council Recess, which runs from August 1 through August 12.
Staff is seeking Subcommittee input regarding the potential cancellation or rescheduling of the
August 9, 2022, meeting.
Next Steps:
In accordance with Subcommittee direction, staff would work with the City Clerk's Office to
ensure proper noticing for the August 2022 meeting.
