CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Sec. 66469, Subdivision Map Act or Sec. 8770.5, Land
Surveyor's Act)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that Minor Subdivision No. 269,
Map No. 4480, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County,
February 20, 1976, is in error in ti,ut thc following course and
distance are in error and are corrected in accordance with Section 8770.5
of Land Surveyor's Act or Section 66469.
The distance on the N 78° 49' 24" W course between
parcels 1 & 2 is incorrectly stated as 90.44 ft.
It should read 95.69 ft.
The bearing of the westerly boundary is stated as
North 23° 02 143" West, it has been corrected to read
North 23° 00'00" West.
I certify that the following are the names of all of the present fee
owners of real property affected by such corrections:
