HYDROLOGY/HYDRAULIC DISCUSSION
Concerns were raised about the depth of flow in Hoover Street because the
owner started the decent of the driveway down to the garage at about 21' into the
ROW instead of 28', the ultimate ROW line.
The attached calculations show a depth of flow in the street at 10.5' into the
ROW at 2.4". The height of the back of the apron at a distance of about 16' into
the ROW varied from 6" to 6.75" above the street flow line.
Thus I am comfortable to say no street water will be topping the apron and
flowing down into the garages.
