INCLUDED IN THESE SPEClflCATIONS AS IF COMPLETELY REPRODUCED HEREIN.
2. THIS FACILITY IS AN UNOCCUPIED PCS TELECOMMUNICATIONS SITE AND IS
EXEMPT FROM DISABLED ACCESS REQUIREMENTS.
J. PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF BIDS, THE CON'TRACTORS PARTICIPATING
SHALL ~SIT THE JOB SITE AND FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH ALL
CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE PROPOSED PROJECT, WITH THE CONSTRUCTION

6. EXISTING ELEVA.T10NS AND LOCATIONS TO BE JOINED SHALL BE VERIFIED BY

7. ALL SYMBOLS AND ABBRE"1ATIONS USED ON THE DRAWINGS ARE
CONSIDERED CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. IF THE CONTRACTOR HAS
QUESTIONS REGARDING THEIR EXACT MEANING. THE CINOUlAR WIRELESS
PROJECT MANAGER AND THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE NOTIFIED FOR
ClARIFlCATION BEFORE THE CONTRACTOR PROCEEDS WITH THE WORK.
8. THE CON'TRACTOR SHALL OBT.oJN AND PAY FOR PERMITS, LICENSES AND

CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES, PROCEDURES /IND

14. THE CONTAACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSISLE FOR, AND SHALL REPLACE OR
REMEDY, ANY F'AUL!Y, IMPROPER, OR INFERIOR MATERIALS OR
WORKMANSHIP OR ANY DAMAGE WHICH SHALL APPEAR WITHIN ONE: YEAR
AFTER THE COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK BY CINGULAR
WIRELESS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.

18. THE LATEST EDITION OF ALL PERMITTED AND APPROVED PLANS PERTAINING
TO THIS PROJECT SHALL BE KEPT IN A PLAN BOX AND SHALL NOT BE
USED BY WORKERS. ALL CONSTRUCTION SETS SHALL REFLECT THE SAME
INFORMATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO MAINTAIN IN GOOD
CONDITION, ONE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS WITH ALL REVISIONS, ADDENDA
AND CHANGE ORDERS ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES. THESE ARE TO
BE UNDER THE CARE OF THE JOB SUPERINTENDENT.
19. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL RUBBISH AND WASTE MATERIALS ON
A DAlLY BASIS, AND SHALL EXERCISE STRICT CONTROL OVER JOB CLEANING
THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING FINAL CLEAN-UP UPON
COMPLETION OF WORK. ALL AREAS ARE TO BE LEFT IN A BROOM CLEAN
CONOITION AT THE END OF EACH DAY.
20. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR MUST PERFORM WORK DURING PROPERTY
OWNER'S PREFERRED' HOURS TO AVOID DISRUPTION OF NORMAL ACTM1Y.
