Executive Summary/Discussion Community Outreach Supervisors Carrie Scott and Mayra Turchiano will present an overview of the services and programs offered by the Carlsbad City Library Learning Center. The presentation will provide a brief history of the Library Learning Center and overview of its services. Staff will describe the adaptations made and new services added in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Next Steps None. Fiscal Analysis None.
