Recommended Action
Accept nominations/volunteers and elect a new Chair and Vice-Chair for the Library Board of
Trustees for FY 2022-23.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Trustees may volunteer or be nominated for either position and will serve a one-year term. The
role of the Chair is to lead the Library Board of Trustees meetings, discuss agenda with the staff
liaison, and represent the Board to City Council as needed. The role of the Vice-Chair is to be
prepared to serve as Chair whenever the Chair is unable to serve.
