I know you won't be in until Wednesday. Hope you will be able to give
this your attention then.
Repair of plumbing in a 50 unit condo is being proposed by substituting
copper fittings for those existing. Even tho this may be an approved
method, I strongly recommend against it because SIXTY MINUTES two weeks
ago showed many failures of PB in housing across the United States
and furnished considerable evidence that the PIPE is failing, not just
~~!!,11!===-~If you approve replacing the fittings we will issue
the permit. think we should ask for replacement of the plumbing.
