We have inspected the foundation system of the original residence and have determined
that the existing residence foundation system is performing adequately.
Based on limited Soils information available at the site, the residential addition has been
designed using the most conservative assumptions as listed in the UBC and as
documented on Sheet Al of the construction documents.
