During our site visit, we verified that the building forms for the southwesterly and southeasterly side of the proposed structure were within the setback lines as depicted on the architectural plans. The original building layout that was surveyed by this office was based upon the approved architectural site plan for CBR2019-2581 dated November 1, 2019. Below was the closest measured dimension of the building forms per the attached site survey information: Southwesterly Side Southeasterly Side Measured Distance to Bdy. Line or R-0-W Plan Dimension 7.73 ' 7.00' SYSB 24.36' 20.00' FYSB The southeasterly side dimension above was measured perpendicular to the 30-foot R-0-W limit for Chestnut Avenue as depicted. The northwesterly edge of the architectural pop out at the southwesterly comer of the proposed building forms was measured at a distance of 6. 70' and lies within the 7 .00' building setback. The main building wall form is clear of said side yard setback, but said architectural pop out is not. It should be confirmed with the City of Carlsbad building department or inspector that said pop out is approved to be within said 7.00' side yard setback prior to pouring of said forms.
