MODEL SITE PLAN,
Notes:
l. The grading and construction of the models for Aviara 7 is
intended to occur prior to the Final Map recordation.
2. The models will require approximately 3500 cubic yards of fill
to construct the required grades. This material will come from
a borrow area at the future eastern section on the western
portion of the project.
3. The models will be constructed in conformance with City
ordinances and building codes.
