RBF Consulting has performed a field survey on December 5, 2005 to field check the building
footing forms for Lots 187 thru 196 on Sagebrush Road in Chesapeake Bay. The results of the field
survey reveal the footing forms to be within substantial conformance, both horizontally (0.10'±) and
vertically (0.05':!;) with the City of Carisbad approved precise grade plans dated February 16, 2005.
