2. The new attic mechanical unit-coil
locations, therefore Will be protected if
there is any sort of mechanical coil unit
water failure in the future. The 3-new
metal drip pans encompass the entire
condenser unit coil system locations, in
order to collect any possible water runoff.
3. The Building inspector and homeowner
Lisa Rababy were informed regarding the
three new metal drip pans installed will be
adequate and provide secondary water
leak protection, if there is a future
mechanical unit water leak failure, per
contractor representative Ruben who
addressed and completed all final
correction issues on behalf of the the Right
Choice company.
4. Two new Condensate lines, required to
