DEPARTMENTAL AND CITY MANAGER REPORTS:
1. AB 1661 TRAINING -SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION TRAINING AND EDUCATION -Council
Members and staff will receive two hours of mandatory sexual harassment prevention training and
education. (Staff contact: Judy Von Kalinowski, Administrative Services Department)
City Manager's Recommendation: Receive the training.
Human Resources Director Judy Von Kalinowski introduced Liebert Cassidy Whitmore Consultant
Stephanie J. Lowe.
Stephanie J. Lowe of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore presented the report and reviewed a PowerPoint
presentation (on file in the Office of the City Clerk).
Council Action: City Council and members of staff received mandatory AB1661 Training -Sexual
Harassment Preventing Training and Education.
CITY MANAGER COMMENTS: None.
CITY ATTORNEY COMMENTS: None.
