Recommended Action
Commissioners will discuss and plan viewing properties with historic significance as designated
by Council resolution between the years 1986-1990.
Executive Summary/Discussion
The Historic Preservation Commission have requested a tour of properties with historic
significance which were designated as historic by City Council resolution between the years
1986 and 1990. The Commissioners will discuss and make plans to travel in a city vehicle, no
more than two commissioners at a time, on three separate dates.

2. Frazier’s Well/Alt Karlsbad 2802 Carlsbad Blvd
3. St Michael’s Episcopal Church 2775 Carlsbad Blvd
4. Magee House 258 Beech St

6. Carlsbad School District/Senior Center 801 Pine Ave
7. Gaus House 3442 Roosevelt St
8. Gage House/Monterey condominiums 3080 Lincoln St
9. Ramsay House 1330 Chuparosa Way

After proposed dates are confirmed, staff will coordinate travel arrangements for tours with
commissioners.
