This checklist is intended to help buWding permtt applicants identify which Climate Action Plan (CAP) ordinance requirements
apply to their project. This completed checklist (B-50) must be included wtth the building permit application. The Carlsbad
Municipal Code (CMC} can be referenced during completion of this document by clicking on the provided links to each
