FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

property described herein located in the City of Carlsbad, San Diego County, California ("Property") hereby
GRANTS to City of Carlsbad, a Municipal Corporation ("Grantee") the following described real property in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California: AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN
PURPOSES ("Easement") to: (i) construct, maintain, operate, repair and replace a storm drain system as
shown on City Drawing Number 534-3. Grantee's activities shall occur within the bounds of said Easement,
as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" consisting of one (1) page, attached hereto and made a part
hereof, but shall also include means of access to and from said facilities to fulfill the purposes of the
Easement. (Exhibit "B" is attached hereto consisting of two (2) pages for clarity only.)
LOCATION OF THE EASEMENT: The easement granted herein shall be located within and upon the
property more particularly described in Exhibit "A". Exhibit "B" is attached for clarity only.

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF EASEMENT
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant
Deed, dated Oct. 12 2022, from Tommaso Maggiore to the City of Carlsbad,
a Municipal Corporation, for an EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN
PURPOSES, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad ,
