RE: Lourdes Carlsbad -Electrical Addendum to permitted plans
This letter is regarding the permitted electrical plans for the Lourdes Restaurant TI project in Carlsbad, CA. The permitted drawings
had shown that the panel LA is being fed via a 3-l/2"C, 4#600MCMJ#2GND, however, per our load site condition. the existing
conduit is only 3", therefore #600MCM will not fit per 40% rule. Instead, we propose to run 4#500MCM CU wire rated at 90
degrees Celsius in order to provide the same ampacity rating for 400A.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the addendum to the plans.
