That decision is final and IS NOT on the Agenda Commission Action: ☒ Decision ☐ Recommendation to City Council ☐ Informational (No Action) Recommended Actions That the Planning Commission ADOPT Planning Commission Resolution (Exhibit 1 to Agenda Item No. 1 of the April 19, 2023 Planning Commission staff report), APPROVING Coastal Development Permit CDP 2021-0056 and Minor Variance V 2021-0003 based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained therein. Project Background On April 19, 2023 the Planning Commission considered the project. The commission discussed the variance request and ocean view from Magee Park. The commission voted to continue the item to May 3, 2023 to allow staff and applicant time to provide additional information regarding the variance request and views from Magee Park. No new information and no new meeting materials are being provided by staff within this report. Commission requested information will be provided by staff and applicant at the May 3, 2023 meeting.
