It 1s the Pbrm.ing Director's Determination that based on the attached conditions, the project i, consistent with the City's condominium regulations (Chapter 21 .45) and with all other applicable City ordinances and policies. Further, the project has been found to be cm(egorically exempt from environmental review according to Section 15303(h) of the California Environmental Quality Act and a Notice of Exemption was filed on .June 25, 1990. This memorandum, including the listed findings and conditions, constitutes approval of Cl' 90-6. 1. The prujcc.t is consistent with the City's Gc.,neral Plan Land Use Element, having ~ densiry of 6.2 du/He: in an RM designation, and with all 01 her clements of the City's Gencrnl Plan. 2.
