CITY. The demand Ly CITY mentioned in this paragral.h may, at
CITY's sole discretion, demand said work as to all said
improverents on all said lots, or as to any portion thereof
and as to any ni_IJIber of said lots, and the failure by CITY to
demand said work 2S to any of said irproveents or as to any
of said lots, shall not coastitute a waiver by CITY of its
continuir right to demand such work in the future.
