A project identification ground sign shall be located as ,:,1
indicated on the site plan. The sign shall be constructed of
sandblasted concrete walls not exceeding three feet(J') in
height. The total sign area will not exceed forty square
feet(40') and will be single-faced. Individual dimensional
letters shall be helvetical type not exceeding nine inches
(9') in height. The sign shall be illuminated by a ground

mounted strip fluorescent fixture. ·
There are currently no existing or proposed buildings within
100' of Lot 37.
Everything not noted as existing shall be considered proposed.
There are no existing trees on site except those in street
landscape strip which are to remain.
Existing gas/electric lines are located below right of way on ·
south side of Kellogg Avenue. Tie-in to site will be from
these lines.
