At the rate of 6 pounds per 1000 sq. feet install, mulch, roll, maintain, and fertilize per supplier 1 s specifications, 40. Reseed weekly for 100% coverage. Use approved mulch, C.P.M., or nitrogenized sawdust. Steer manure is not an approved mulch. Roll ~ith 90 Lb,/Sq, ft. roller one day prior to mowing. 41. ~low to 2'' when grass is 3'' high with a reel- type mower, and remove all clippings off site. 42. Apply ammonium sulfate at the rate of 5 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. of planted or seeded area at the end of the 30 day maintenance period. 43. Contractor shall perform all fertilizing in the presence of the landscape architect and/or the owner's representative.
