Advanced Geotechnical Solutions, Inc. (AGS) has reviewed the structural plans and calculations prepared
by David Thomas Engineering (2022a, b) for site retaining walls associated with the proposed single-family
residence project to be located on 4464 Adams Street in Carlsbad. AGS previously issued a geotechnical
investigation report (AGS, 2020), a retaining wall structural plans and calculations review letter (AGS,
2022a) and responses to review comments (AGS, 2021, 2022b, 2022c) for the project.
According to our review, the retaining wall structural plans and calculations have been prepared in general
conformance with the recommendations provided in the referenced geotechnical reports by AGS.
