freestanding sign permit applications. Prior to approval, a such proposed signs must be reviewed
for potential Issues by the Transportation Department, wh will not allow signs to be approved

Only one (1) sign for now? I like it, but it seems like the letters in Companion Animal Wellness are a little close together?
