City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Vellandi, Ria v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2022-00020098-CU -PO-NC, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Hillside Patio Homes Assoc. v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2018-00043624-CU -NP-NC,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
