Preliminary Soils/ Geologic Report: A geotechnical report has been included Basement Compliance Exhibit: A Basement Exhibit was added with calculations showing compliance with the basement definition, sheet 15 Building Height: Building height was added to all the elevations and sections to show compliance with the Carlsbad Building Height requirements. Existing and proposed grade was also added to all of the elevations and sections. The butterfly roofs were changed to a 3:12 pitch to comply with building height. The roof deck was lowered 6" to comply with the 24' height limit. A note was adding clarifying location of parapet walls, sheets 9-12 Cross Sections: Section Bon sheet 13 was modified to cut through both butterfly roofs. The butterfly roofs were modified to have a 3:12 pitch to meet the 30' height requirement. Additional information was added to show the 30' max building height from the retaining walls on either side of the underground garage entrance.
