Dear Ron:
On April 15, 2021 Christensen Engineering & Surveying visited the above referenced site and
measured the top corners of the concrete foundation. The foundation was found to exist
horizontally and vertically per the approved construction drawings. Horizontally, the
foundations will conform with the setbacks as shown on the approved drawings. Vertically, the
top of the foundation will allow for the structure to be framed and not exceed the height
limitation.
