Observation of shear nailing for walls with 4" o.c. nailing and tighter. Nailing is in place per the shear
wall schedule and S2.0 & S2.1 callouts. Nails driven flush and staggered. Anchor bolts, hold downs
and A35/L TP4 in place as scheduled. Noted approved change to shear walls on the north and south
walls where additional window was added.

above reported work, unless otherwise noted. To lhe best of my knowledge Inspector Michael DuTemple

Subject: Concrete Foundation Verification for 2812 and 2814 Cazadero, Carlsbad
Dear Ron:
On April 15, 2021 Christensen Engineering & Surveying visited the above referenced site and
measured the top corners of the concrete foundation. The foundation was found to exist
horizontally and vertically per the approved construction drawings. Horizontally, the
foundations will conform with the setbacks as shown on the approved drawings. Vertically, the
top of the foundation will allow for the structure to be framed and not exceed the height
limitation.
