This notice is to inform you that MCUP 09-15 (DEV02120)-SDSAN00484C FARADAY, a minor conditional ·
use permit for a wireless communications facility located at 2200 Faraday Avenue. (APN 212-120-60-00),
and originally conditioned to expire on Dec. 20, 2019, is hereby retroactively extended ten years to
Dec. 20, 2029, by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.llO(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The adopted findings and conditions for MCUP 09-15 which are contained in the administrative decision
letter dated Dec. 21, 2009, shall apply to this ten-year extension, and are incorporated herein by this
reference.
