SUBJECT: MCUP 11-07 (DEV05092)-NS0025 LA COSTA PLAZA, 7730 RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD
This notice is to inform you that MCUP 11-07 (DEV0S092)-NS0025 LA COSTA PLAZA, a minor conditional
use permit for a wireless communications facility located at 7730 Rancho Santa Fe Rd. (APN 223-060-29-
00), and originally conditioned to expire on October 09, 2021, is hereby retroactively extended ten years
to October 09, 2031, by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.ll0(D) ofthe Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The adopted findings and conditions for MCUP 11-07 which are contained in the administrative decision
letter dated October 10, 2011, shall apply to this ten-year extension, and are incorporated herein by this
reference.
