Revise Plans to Remove the Interior Sign section (on the interior wall) ENTIRELY, as we do not regulate interior signage. No mention of it should be on these Plans, or we’ll be unable to Approve due to our lack of regulation in that area. 4. For the Monument Sign, Revise Plans to show the Sign Height calculated beginning from where the base of the sign is in contact with the ground, demonstrating the sign does not exceed the maximum 6-ft height from that point, rather than above the base of the sign as currently appears on the Plans (screenshot of the code below: 5. Also for the Monument Sign, change the proposed Letter Height to be in conformance with the code that states: “Letter heights shall not exceed 12 inches.” As the Plans read currently the Letter Height for the Monument sign appears to exceed 12-inches.
