Recommended Action
Receive a report and data from staff after one year of having eliminated overdue fines.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Principal Librarian Andrea Hilliard and Lead Librarian Lynn Johnson will present an overview of
the impact of eliminating overdue fines. Fines were eliminated on Sept. 1, 2022.
