Provide complete foundation calcs and update plan to call out correct size and thickness for foundations for both sets of pad footings supporting 1 and 2 HFX walls. You can not just call out MFR footing size as those footing sizes are purely for tension and shear and do not take into account gravity loading. See sheet HFX1 bottom right corner. Provide complete foundation calcs showing shear loading, tension, and gravity in unity check and this design must be called out on plan. Currently no calcs provided and footing thickness not called out on plan or reinforcement. 8. Update calcs and plans. Rho = 1.3 must be used in seismic design as walls are slender. Since walls will increase in 30 % more load foundations and walls need to be checked that they till work. Update calcs and plans. ELECTRICAL 9. Show on the plan the amperage of the electrical service, the location of the service panel and the location of any sub-panels. If the service is over 200 amperes, submit a single line diagram, panel schedules, and provide service load calculations. 10. Note on the plans that receptacle outlet locations will comply with CEC Article 210.52. 11.
