notice, as public record, that the above identified real property within the City of Carlsbad, and
more specifically described as:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"
is now in compliance with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. Violations of Carlsbad
Municipal Code §§ 5.60.030, and 5.60.0S0(A) no longer exist on the property.
The property owners have been notified thereof, and the property is in compliance with the
Carlsbad Municipal Code sections related to the violations previously cited. A Certificate of
Compliance is hereby recorded by the Building Official of the City of Carlsbad, all applications
for grading permits, use permits, major and minor subdivisions, rezones, specific plans, specific
plan amendments, general plan amendments, discretionary approvals and building permits may
be submitted for approval.
