The Eagineerlag Department is ia the process of reviewing subject
property for a lot split and have iadicated a mini.mum street opening

The Plmming Commission apon granting applicant's request shall
review and apply the following set forih conditions:
a. The enclosu,;"e shall be locked at times wbea unoccapied by
the Academ;· for safety an.d welfare of the community.
b. That the walks and fenced area be constructed as per plot plaa •
due to the wtdenin.g of Mountain View of approximately 8' as
reqaested by tbe Engineering Departmeat.
