1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Depretis, et al v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2020-00022447-CU-EI-CTL, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9{d}{l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by·
motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9{d){4).
Council Action: No reportable action.
