Per your request, we can confirm that we have coordinated the design intent of the foundations with
the Civil drawings, including the deepening of the footings to avoid Geofabric surcharge. The attached
details are from our sheet S3.1 on the Villas which have been coordinated with these requirements.
Detail 2/S.1 covers the typical deepening requirements, and detail 15 addresses the conditions at the
end of Villa 79. This condition is noted to be 5'-O" max which exceeds the final design intent where Wall
G encroaches under the building a little less than 1'-0".
