City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Torio, Emily v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2023-00024834-CU-PO-CTL, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(d){l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
