A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Jamie Jacobs was appointed to the Historic Preservation Commission
in April 2022, to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Robert Prosser for a term ending in April 2024;
and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Jacobs is eligible for and seeking reappointment; and
WHEREAS, a scheduled vacancy on the Historic Preservation Commission exists with a term
ending in April 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Historic Preservation
Commission, for a term ending in April 2028, or until a replacement is appointed:
Jamie Jacobs
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 14th day of May, 2024, by the following vote, to wit:
