Beneficiary now subordinates the Deed of Trust and its beneficial interest thereunder to: (a) the Declaration; (b) any Supplemental EMCS Declaration which is recorded pursuant to the Declaration; (c) any amendment or restatement of the Declaration or any Supplemental EMCS Declaration; and (d) all easements to be conveyed to the ers in accordance with the Declaration or any Supplemental EMCS Declaration.
