approved plan set. I understand that any potentially existing detail within

Scope of Work:
Retail Tenant Arthur Murray Dance Studio has
contracted with Torrey Pines Building
Services, TPBS, (dba Signarama San Marcos)
to design, fabricate and install internally lit
wall signs at their retail location in Carlsbad
Plaza. The project will reuse existing power
supply and controls from previous tenant.
For over 109 years Arthur Murray Dance
Studio has been teaching the world to dance.
The highly stylized trademarked and branded
logo is recognized worldwide. Constructing
the brand from individual channel letters
while maintaining the classic look does not
work. As a result, we are proposing a custom
formed logo box for the project.
