I have attached the blank letter AND a copy of the notarized one that we already sent back to Ruland Design Group, the architect. We think that your signature was to go where where my name, (Mary) signed. As per the 1st sentence under the signature portion, it says that the contractor will need to provide a notarized signature, so you'll have to go to a notary. Please note that the instructions say it should not be folded, so you may want to put it in a large envelope with cardboard to mail your part. Please do not send your notarized copy to the City of Carlsbad.
