The project site is located at 2997 Glasgow Drive. We are requesting the renewal be processed at this time as the lease renewal with the City of Carlsbad is contingent on the completion of the CUP renewal. The existing Verizon site consists of an existing ball field light pole within a City of Carlsbad park and the ground equipment is concealed in an underground vault. The property is zoned as Planned Community (P-C).
