PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Socorro Rodriguez-Anderson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENTATION:
Presentation in honor of 2023 Carlsbad Citizens of the Year Socorro Rodriguez-Anderson and Ron Baker.
Mayor Blackburn read the contributions of Socorro Rodriguez-Anderson and Ron Baker and presented
them with a trophy in appreciation.
Following the presentation of the awards, attendees and staff adjourned to the City Hall courtyard for a
reception.
