We do need to submit to the City of Carlsbad now that we have HOA approval. We will also need an email or letter from the building owner indicating that they approve the drawing, as well as the attached form filled out and signed by the landowner. Take a look at it all and once we have the signatures, we’ll get submitted to the Planning Department. Once we submit, you will have 2 sets of fees to pay with the City. The first will be for the planning department and the second will be for the building department. They are both around $200. I will send you a link and invoice numbers to click on and pay once they are ready. Glad to see us moving forward!!!!! For monument/ground mounted signs, provide location of the sign relative to existing driveways, easements, objects, mature landscaping, and city right-of-way. 6. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property. 7. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s). 8. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following: A. Dimensions and area (square feet) for all existing and proposed sign(s). B. Materials and color the sign(s) will be constructed of. C. Type of mounting D. Source of Illumination, if any. E.
