OF CARLSBAD, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF NO. 15521, FILED WITH THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY ON MARCH 1,
2007.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM UNTO THE GRANTOR, ALL REMAINING
OIL, OIL RIGHTS, MINERALS, MINERAL RIGHTS, NATURAL GAS
RIGHTS AND OTHER HYDROCARBONS BY WHATSOEVER NAME
KNOWN , GEOTHERMAL STEAM AND ALL PRODUCTS DERIVED
FROM ANY OF THE FOREGOING, THAT MAY BE WITHIN OR UNDER
THE PROPERTY HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED, TOGETHER WITH THE

THE "DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS, AND RESERVATION OF EASEMENTS FOR NEW
CREST COURT RECORDED ON FEBRUARY 11, 2015, AS DOC. NO.
2015-0061173, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, AS SAME MAY BE AMENDED AND/OR MODIFIED FROM
TIME TO TIME (COLLECTIVELY, "DECLARATION").
has been approved for an ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT by the City of Carlsbad on 8/5/2024.
Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
per California Government Code Section 65852.2 are binding on all present and future
property owners.
2. Pursuant to Section 21.10.030 of the City of Carlsbad Municipal Code, if the
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT is rented , a rental period of less than 30 days is
prohibited. This requirement does not apply to any unit that was issued a building permit
prior to January 1, 2020.
